70% of goods conveyed in Europe are transported by road.

India has one of the largest road networks in the world. The 66.590 km of national motorways (NHs) are the country’s true arterial network, connecting the state capitals, ports and major cities.

Truck and Bus transportation systems represent both a key sector for freight but also for passenger transportation. The T&B sector is duty bound to obtain more efficiency at a time when the environmental, social and financial constraints and customer demand are greater and greater.

Furthermore, India is making gigantic investments in its infrastructures, increasing the business opportunities in people and goods transportation.

EITS provides a global and concrete solution to all these issues, enabling this field’s European actors to initiate lasting partnerships which will make it possible to prepare the future and to find effective solutions to meet the considerable needs of the Indian market.

EITS’s wish is to enable the T&B sector’s Indian and European professionals to meet up with each other so as to collaborate to set up tomorrow’s road transport systems.
